If a child was 'floppy' (high fever, shallow breathing) I would have thought it was ambulance time?
Medical staff should be trained in the warning signs, however you would have thought it was common sense...
In my surgery i've seen kids come in and seen a doc immediately, it's accepted practice.
The most heartbreaking aspect of this is the reaction of her twin.
