this type of thing happens all day every day across the UK with corrupt horrific recpetionists demanding personal information thatis none of their business, making medical calls theyre not trained to make, blocking people in emergencies and not giving the correct advice. the misadministration at these practices also causes untold delays in making appointments, receiving doctors papers, affecting benefits, also delays in crucial sometimes lifesaving appointments for tests , treatments, results, which lead to operations
this has to be cleaned up its a national disgrace
