I think all of those three are really popular choices. The only reason for me adding Union J in the top three is just because of all the craze about bands at the moment. And they are, imo, compared to how 1D were doing at this stage of the show, much better than 1D.
But I think James has a better chance, it all depends on who is voting. If it's a bunch of teenage girls, then Union J could even win the show
