...I'm very sorry to hear about your experiences...I can see how that would make you feel about medical administrative staff...
...in this tragic case of the toddler..on the surface it would appear some kind of negligence may have occurred, as she died where medical help was readily available but not given until it was too late....
...but then we don't always get all the facts....that's the problem with the tabloids....everything is so sensationalised...I'll be interested to see what the outcome is...and whether there is any accountability or whether it's one of those tragic that couldn't have been prevented....
