I've never taken the insults/jokes or anything personally.
I've never got really offended by anything, I've got pissed off when someone is intentionally trying to get personal because we disagreed over something trivial. lol
But other than that I prefer the jokes/banter.
I ignore the people who banter, hand out the jokes and then get all serious when you give it back and report you.
