I think he has brought swing back to a younger audience. I wasn't a big swing fan at all before seeing Ray but seeing him put so much effort into the music he loves is great to see and good for younger people to see. You see rnb, pop music all the time and you don't get someone who does swing who is 18 years old. Normally we would see swing wannabes who are old and in the auditions who we laugh at rather than admire.
