I have had it done munch. The actual piercing itself didn't hurt that much but afterwards was very painful. Sleeping on it hurt and I kept forgetting and putting my phone to that ear and banging it...ouch.

(Incidentally I have let it heal now as I am far too old for it to look anything other than ridiculous.) that is the beauty of piercings rather than tattoos at least you can get rid of them when you want.
