Moyes has no pressure on him at Everton he could finish 17th this season and still keep his job because the fans love him and "he has no money to spend!!!!"
He will end up getting one of the bigger jobs (or a bigger one than Everton at least) but it'll be completely different for him and wouldn't be all that surprising if he flopped massively
