Did you fully read and understand that experience of working within an organisation that treats their workforce as any disposable commodity?
10 a penny... easy come easy go.
But what is happening here on a national scale?...
There is no work ethic
no pride to be working for a specific sector
no job satisfaction
no recognition
no dedicated workforce
no decent days work for a decent days pay
no working your way up
Employment reforms mean employers are able to make changes to contracts to maximise profits and output and minimise expenditure by exploiting both employees and tax loopholes.
But what effect is it having on communities?...on society?... on the future?

$25'000 pa? who could raise a family, run a home and car on that?

This is entrapment economics.
