I don't really listen to j-pop tbh. I like a band called D-51 and I like the soundtracks to Studio Ghibli movies, but that's about it. I do think they have an upbeat and happy feel to them though, so I always enjoy listening to jpop, even though I don't know too much about it.
If you don't mind me asking, how come your japanese is so good?
