Tough one. We've all had feelings of deja vu, I've often felt strange connections to certain places/periods in history/times/people, but I think that happens to everyone and it's probably unconscious or mental behaviour, i.e. it's all in your head, or alternatively maybe you have particular relations, however distant, with the place or person.

So I don't really believe in reincarnation.
