I thought you might have the single. How many times have you played it? How long do you think you will play it for? And is it on you ipod or mp3 player? I think you might find the appeal of the song wears off quicker than you think. If the song was her own work, then I think the appeal of the song would be greater.
I was reading yesterday that Cowell said they had loads of new songs sent into the X-Factor but they couldn't find any suitable for the finalists. I still can't see why with the money they make from the show they can't commission two new songs for the finalists. It still seems silly to rehash an old song for a single. It just goes to show what they think of the finalists that they don’t trust them to do anything but covers.

Just get over the fact she won, and is successful.

I don’t care if she won or not and I don’t consider a single hit to make her a success. It takes more than a single hit. I lost count of the number of one hit wonders that have come and gone years ago. At the moment she is a one hit wonder. And thinking back there has been better original songs from some of the other one hit wonders in the past.
I more concerned about the rigging of the Christmas chart by the X-Factor, the influence of TV and whether Leona is true star material (see long post on page 1).

No matter how much you want the single, or her to fail, at this moment in time its not happening!

I want her to find herself and become a true artist. One with some grit and a opinion who can sing songs about things that matter with feeling and not another manufactured pop star. Her voice is too good to be wasted
