I think her character looks good but she is very clingy and annoying rather than un attractive in her looks. If anything its down to her personality rather than looks as to why JP likes Sarah. Sarah is alot more clued up and more of an adult where as Hannah is still very child like.
Plus I don't think Max is out of the woods yet, the way he reacted when that nurse tried to help him...seeing Clare again could finish him
