My friend works in an office and had a short involvement with one of the bosses a while back. It fizzled out, and all seemed well for a while, but recently he has begun to touch her inappropriately, patting her on the bottom mainly.
She is reluctant to speak out, because he is her boss, but it makes her very uncomfortable, and she wants it to stop.
