I'm not sure if there's any valid evidence to substantiate this but there's loads of discussion about it across the boards.
The only ones I particularly hope don't leave are Phil (albeit the crap he is now), Dot, Sharon, Ian and Max.
The rest I can take or leave. Let's just hope it will be Shirley or Roxy (why is she still here?).
