Yes,I love the words to it, Tom Jones performed it really well,I looked up the Shirley Bassey version and felt it was overdone by her rather.
However after starting a few years back of collecting Petula Clarks massive backlog of cds, I cane across her version of this on an LP she released in the 60s called 'The International Hits' where she sings it to the near opening melody of House of the Rising Sun by the Animals,really effective.
Yes though,the Tom Jones version is definitely one of the best,my Mum would near murder me if I said otherwise.
