I went through a stage of having them Lee for no reason, they are awful aren't they? I didn't have any particular worries at the time which made it worse as I thought I must have some crazy underlying problems. There was no reason for them an they did stop in time. Hopefully it will be a one off for you but try if you can not to worry about more as that worry may cause another.
