I was thinking this very same thing, it will be classed as a breach of the rules still won't it, as Claire said something along the lines of "they won't make the final, I garantee, they won't make the final" (not exactly verbatim but it was the general gist)
The thing is, there are no more nominations, so, is it still classed as a breach of the rules?
