Yes. But I don't think it's his fans specifically, more just BB voters in general. Anything that's 'omgz they're so real and lovely omg i wanna have a picnic with them they're so funni xx' is worthy of a winner. There's no deeper thought about it, like what housemates have brought to the series, it's just decided at face value.

That's why he beat Speidi. Because you can't beat voters that just think 'omg!!! drop me out hahahaha!!1' without actually processing who brought more to the show.
