Yes he was, James - and lost 4 stones!
But apparently he's been a naughty boy since the last series and had put quite a bit back on again.
Alison did really well the first week and lost 5 lbs. . . . . . . . . mind you, she has quite a bit to go as she was the heaviest out of all the 'celebs' at over 21 stones!!!!!!!!!
Still - she seems determined to succeed - so GO ALISON!
