From my view people are being tolerant and giving her a chance as well as being nice about her, because she's a likeable character.
There'll be a handful that don't like her (although I must admit I don't tend to notice them that much), but they're entitled to their own opinion.
EDIT: I think Shilpa fans should just stick by her and not worry about other comments too much!  Plus, there are other HMs as well.
