I hate my solicitor. I would never recommend her to anyone else, she has been useless, never does anything unless you chase her, never gets back to me or my Estate Agent or my vendors solicitor, and this morning she told my vendors solicitor that there wasn't a completion date yet and that it was still open ended
even though she had spoken to me half an hour earlier and agreed we were all gunning for the 5th Feb. This got my vendor all fired up and threatening to pull out again - I have managed to calm him down though and he's not going to do anything providing we exchange this week - which please God we will.
I phoned her up and she says she never said anything of the kind and they must have got the wrong end of the stick, but I'm afraid I don't believe her as I know how useless and non commital she has been to me over the last few weeks.
When all this is over I am making a formal complaint to her boss.
I will not need my new house now as I will be in prison for murder
