I didn't think I could ever hate a solicitor more than I have come to hate my own over the last few months, but the Italian guys solicitor has just taken over her crown.
He is still refusing point blank to complete on the 5th, he says he doesn't have enough time. I'm sorry but that is complete b*&%*!ks, if he had done his job properly in the first place he would have had loads of time and there is no reason under the sun why he couldn't have called the money 2 days ago, or at the very latest yesterday
I hate him
and I have just discovered he is a bloody locum!
We have all now had to agree on a completion date of the 9th instead of the 5th, but as we have done this it should mean that we can exchange today.
I am so angry, I should still be able to move in next week as planned as I had arranged with my vendor to move in early anyway, but I am not sure now what implication this has on the Edinburgh and Glasgow gigs for Sunday and Monday of next week. Don't panic Kaz, the Dundee and Aberdeen ones are definitely on, but god knows whats happening now for the start of the week.
