They have always had play lists (even if they do list them in order of importance as in the A list, B list etc). The fact that they are now tweeting what they have rejected to play , as it is not "important enough", is like they are deciding for their listeners what they listen to, but in quite a patronizing way. They are obviously quite within their right to do this, and of course radio stations tailor music to what they think their listeners want, but I don't see the need to individually name artists/tracks that they won't be playing. It's like saying "we've decided this is crap and it won't do well". It will alienate both the artist and the listener.
