Yes it is criminal, we choose what we eat and more to the point what we want to eat, if we pick up an item that says it is a certian product then it should be that product.

Anything else is totally unacceptable and therefore should be a criminal act,supermarkets also in particular should have the fullest knowledge of what they are selling and where the contents of same come from.
