I don't think Shilpa is a snob as such but she is a hypocrit. She stated she wanted Jackiey to use her real name when in fact she knows how hard it can be to pronouce names as she couldn't say Dirk's name. Being called "princess" was a really nice name to use so I don't see why Shilpa has any issues with that.

With Shilpa being upset I think it goes alot deeper...she doesn't like Jackiey laughing at the servants and milking the task because it hits home as to how at times she could treat her own maids at home. It was clear that Jackiey was only doing it in a fun way rather than treating them like dirt and they themselves didn't complain in fact they laughed. Shilpa is the one who has maids in every day life so maybe she is looking at how her life is aswell and maybe looking at how much she relys on others so much.
