I started with quite a horrified view (and still have one to an extent, but I'm trying to be open minded about this, that's the point of this thread) but after reading a couple of the replies questioned my stance slightly.

And what about if paedophiles didn't act on their urges and just kept their attractions to themselves? Would you have a problem then?
