if she had a bar code, staff could of had all her detail's in an instant and this tragedy could well of been avoided.
Just think of all the other advantges of a bar code system,instant check's, by relivent organisation's the time and money it would save!, also i think it would save life's.

I was reading about this yesterday on the train. I can't believe no one stopped her. The mental health system is failing in this country. Not sure if a human bar code is the answer. Maybe a microchip would be better ?
