They are suing her because she is in the wrong. She broke her contract rules and lied
She slept with a judge to up her position in the pageant.
She posed naked even though it was against her contract. Not much of a role model, if anything she is teaching, sleep
with one of the judge and you'll get far

The article suggests that they had infact got together earlier, and presumably evidence of that will be straightforward.
