People (and producers) just aren't seeing the big picture here. It would be far more interesting to let this play out naturally and far more rewarding in the end when Tom gets the boot, likely down to a betrayal by an allie rather than a vendetta by an enemy.

I'm going old school here but the reason BBUK was a success was because the Nasty Nick situation played out naturally. Had producers caught him earlier, warned him, turned off the hot water and then possibly ejected him without the housemates finding things out for themselves it would have been far less satisfying to watch.
