I think some kind of ban for those involved may be in order and of course it's unacceptable, I just mean that the heat of the moment aspect should be taken into account, people will be understandably upset and angry and will want answers, and may without much real thought have just acted on impulse and went for family members, without sound judgement. That's the only reason why I think that should be taken into account when deciding on any bans and the length of them.
