The reason nothing has been done to anyone is because to be quite honest we dont know what to do. I see staceys ban has been alluded to in this thread, staceys ban was an admin decision, not mods, though most mods did agree with it.
This is definitely a matter for admin, and they are looking into it.

I dont think we will be seeing him back here though tbh. Which is a shame because i would like to know his side of the story, but I can also understand why he would never want anything to do with the place again.
