I am not interested in the anger of the parents, my concern here is purely to ensure child benefits reach the children. the fact these angry parents tell us they look after their children is not good enough. it is the children themselves who deserve a voice and deserve a chance for a better life.
as in the NHS we have this upside down for the past 15 years. we only ask the staff for their opinions yet ignore the patients, in this case we only ask the parents (because they are voters) and we ignore the children 9theyre the vulnerable ones who suffer and are powerless to change their situation)
we must change this false culture and serve the people we are meant to help...i.e the sick , the disabled, the children and the vulnerable.
