I drink quite a lot of green tea Annie but I think that still has caffeine in it?
I do a detox thing every now and then and one was the cabbage soup detox, I had to give up tea for a whole week and it was awful (I'm addicted to tea) I ended up getting really bad headaches and the doctor said it was because of the caffeine withdrawal.
