Loads of women have this op on the NHS, this isn't an isolated case. For instance, anorexics are routinely given breast implants to boost their self-image. Nikki Grahame has implants courtesy of the NHS. Something to think about next time someone's refused life-saving cancer treatment because the drugs are too expensive.
