The rumor mill at the coffee shop is on overdrive, especially about the bar being sold on a compulsory purchase to make way for a new development along the information super highway
One of our suppliers was getting a bit annoyed as we had not paid them, but only Borris seems authorised to write the cheques on the bar business account. The coffee shop has covered it for the moment, which means I have had to cut back on the food I can sell.
I have had to cancel the next shipment of Champaign and get an order of light sparkling wine from Aldi's
If Boris does not show, the bar could be forced to close.
