Actually you make a really good comparison. Women don't like having their boobs squished into a pancake for a mammogram. It's uncomfortable and even a bit painful, but it's not THAT big of a deal. Most of the complaints men make about prostate exams are based on pure homophobia, not the actual discomfort that they feel.
