Default What can I eat to wake me up

I've got work and then a hot date and I don't have time to nap but I'm already really tired (was up at 8, only managed to get about 4 hours of sleep) - fizzy drinks make me bloated, d'you think getting a cup of coffee to take into work at 5 would make me crash even worse or do you think that'll tide me over before I go on my date?
