I agree to an extent, and I'm trying to walk the tightrope between not defending him and hoping he sticks around for a while longer yet. There are horror tackles, then there are premeditated attempts to snap a players leg. Nobody steps on to the field thinking that another player has a target to "do them". I don't get the moral difference between a pathetic and childish bite, and and an attempt to "do another player". I'm really not trying to defend Suarez here, as I think he needs a decent punishment, but a little perspective is always needed.

Edit: As Leon said, Keane never ended his career. Often thought by many that he did. He retired due to the other leg yet blames Keane. Clutching at straws somewhat. Eager to blame Keane. (Don't confuse this for being contradictory, I'm not defending what Keane did in any way.)
I've read a lot of things today saying Liverpool need to get rid of him, and that's my only point. No one said this about Keane, although to be fair, they did say it about Cantona after the palace fan incident.

Football is a game filled with blind loyalties and hypocrisy.
