No surprises really, Shilpa fans, or any HM's fans have every right to voice their views, and in this case they're correct IMO.
However what they need to realise is that the bitchy girls we're talking about here are narrow-minded and stupid (albeit rather malicious as well); plus, they don't seem to want to understand, or take into account Shilpa's culture/bringing up. However I don't think it's racism in the sense that they'd be horrible to any person of colour - I think it's because they dislike Shilpa since she's so confident and presents herself so well, so they add the fact that she's foreign to it as well.
As for Jack on the other hand, he has said the P word and has attacked Shilpa behind her back when she's done nothing to him. So that's a different matter...
