Its so awful. They must have threatened him pretty badly as Debenhams in Manchester is always busy so he didn't feel he could ask for help. Poor boy, I hope he has had lots of help and counselling although he will never get over it I hope he is able to move on and it doesn't shape his life forever. In my mind this sort if crime should carry mandatory sentences of at least 15 years as they have destroyed his life.
