I don't think they're intending to be racist towards Shilpa, they wouldn't want themselves to appear that way. Whether they are, subconsciously, is a different matter.
I think part of their bitching/bullying does portray aspects of racism e.g. their imitation of her accent, saying Indian people are so thin cause they vomit from their (/ Shilpa's according to Dani) uncooked food.
