Default Help if you can

Hello

ive suffered from IBS for 4-5 years now, but its slowly getting worse.

i was coping quite well with it up untill last november when for some reason i just gave up subconsciously. now i have lost a lot of weight and im literally skin and bones.

i survive on 2 biscuits, 2 pieces of toast and nibbling on sweets and chocolate. this is because i cannot face eating due to being scared to eat. i get bloatedso easily. im in constant discomfort.

im so tired and have no interest in anything. ive given up university and i just sit in my room feeling down.

im scared to go to the doctor as he said i should be sent to the hospital but im petrified of having the inspections such as barium meals and cameras inserted in me.

please can you help?

chris
