I don't believe immitating someone's accent is necessarily racist. I do it every now and again. Unless it's really spiteful, then I don't think it's racist.
It's obviously not a kind thing to do, but who can say that they've never done the same?
However, other comments such as "Wolf-Boy", "Dog", "You don't know where their hands have been" and "That's why Indians are skinny - they're sick from Shilpa's cooking".
That's more edging on racism.
