Hey Jamie
Two things that stand out, you started off good...so with experience you should technically get better! However if fellow colleagues make your life difficult it can knock your confidence especially if you feel you are being watched and complained about. With regard to your hours being cut, I would say approach your manager and ask is there a reason your hours have been cut so drastically, presumably they have given your hours to someone else (already in house or did they bring someone new in?). It is dog eat dog in the world of work today and it may be someone is in your managers ear complaining so they basically get you out of a job and get their son/daughter/niece whatever the job. If you like the job hold on to the hours you got, concentrate and try and shake off the negative feelings you know you have done a good job in the past so you will do again, tell you manager you want try try and increase your hours and you are going to put the effort in. If you don't like it and you feel the likelihood is there will be no more hours for you pack it in.
