There seem to be rights and wrongs in that instance, as many have pointed out why was it being filmed? However, If a shop/takeaway etc; closes at a certain time, it should serve up to that time, and allow for what's left of clearing up after that time. If not, then closing time should say be set half hour earlier then, and the extra half hour used to clean up before going home.
It's not hard to work out how many if any customers might turn up that late. I used to work at a fish and chip shop, and worked unsociable hours, I loved that job. Come close to closing time, we made sure we had a few bits left to serve, and chips and even fish took little time to cook anyway if the customer was prepared to wait. We also cleaned as we went along running up to closing time as it was far less busy. You also pretty much got into a routine of how to deal with or calm down a narky customer, which I have to say were few and far between.
