Not that i know of. I've had plenty of sex dreams and woken up to humping the bed, but i don't think i've ever ejaculated during a sex dream. Usually the friction wakes me up. and then i finish myself off.
Maybe it's different for uncut guys though, cause they don't have the same friction problem.
