I think I used to watch this show a little too realistically when it first began, but then it was apparent in the format, after a few times...the trends would stay the same, but with different people to watch. Classic reality show that should be enjoyed but not overly demanding in terms of extensive emotion, is how I'd half-heartedly define it. If you can get into the characters of *any* program, no matter how formatted the show is, or crap, you'll be able to sate the reality beast.
