people want Simon Cowell shows to fail because he's an exploitative soulless tycoon who has about as much place in music as a styrofoam cup. He's responsible for the embarrassment and mental breakdowns of hundreds of people, and encourages a society of public shaming and hatred of anything 'weird'. He's also responsible for some terrible, terrible music - Il Divo, Sinitta, Cher Lloyd, Sam & Mark, Angelis... just take a look at the Syco roster, and how long their shelf life was, or is going to be (hey Jonathan & Charlotte, hey Ryan OSHSUSNAUSNsunnessy):
