OK

I got back in and saw the last 25 minutes of this, having been recalled by some obscure contract clause toact as Jade's cyber devil's advocate once more.

(I don't pick these assignments, we get handed them under the taxi rank rule)

Hmmmmm

This is a classic personality clash with class warfare thrown in. I could not detect any racism on the part of Jade. There is a suspicion that the "racism" comments in the media are being made by certain groups with their own agendas here. You must put all such media contamination from your minds and focus oin the facts of this case only.

You need to remember how Jade was in BB3 with others, like Sophie and Johny and afterwards Kate. This is her nature to be confrontaional, which is unfortunate. I have yet to see credible evidence for the crime of "Inciting Racial Hatred", a serious criminal offence.

This idea may have been planted by her mother, is being of an older generation is not as enlightened as would be preferred.

Now I know that this is outside of my brief, but even the "eff of home" jibe by Danielle has been made to be something it is not. It has been made to seem racist, or at least interpreted that way. When someone irritates you and provokes you, whether they are black, white, green or indigo with yellow polkadot spots, you want them to go away. You will want them to "go home". This is such an instinctive reaction, that not even Danielle recalled ever uttering the expression.

I submit to this court, that whilst my client has been unpleasant to Miss Shetty and has argued with her in a heated manner, she has not commited the criminal offence of Incitement To Racial Hatred. I submit to this court that any racism involved here seems to be more in the minds of the editors of the tawdry tabloids that are not much use except for lining the cage of a budgie with cateracts.
